Bluestone Law Group, an AV-rated boutique law firm located in the heart of downtown Columbus, is seeking a highly motivated 2024, 2025, or 2026 law school graduate to join our team. Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting letters, memos, briefs, and court documents
• Supporting senior attorney with both transactional and litigation tasks
• Interviewing and working directly with clients
• Assisting with marketing and client development projects

Additional Details

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (for 1st year attorney), regular salary reviews.

Compensation Details: Free downtown parking. Simple IRA plan with company match starting Jan 1st after 1 year of employment. Standard paid holidays and PTO.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines
• A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to client service
• 1-2 years’ experience during law school, preferably as a law clerk or other legal internship experience
