We are currently partnering with a boutique Seattle law firm seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing practice. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload while working closely with firm leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Whether you are a junior attorney looking to accelerate your career through hands-on experience or a more seasoned attorney interested in a long-term path toward partnership or eventually taking over an established practice, this role offers exceptional growth potential.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (or eligibility to waive into Washington)
- 2–3+ years of personal injury experience
- Proven success negotiating directly with insurance companies
- Experience managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Arbitration experience (2–3 prior arbitrations strongly preferred)
- Deposition experience preferred
- Civil litigation experience is a plus
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to the long-term success of the firm
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment five days per week
- Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes
